Standard Trading Terms & Conditions – Unless otherwise advised our contracts are subject to our standard trading term and conditions in the performance of contracted works; a copy is supplied on request. When instructed directly by insurers it is their terms of engagement that will apply as set out in the contract between our organisations. When engaged by surveyors or similar intermediaries the agreed contract conditions will apply and in the absence of such our own terms will apply.
